This induction course welcomes new staff to the organisation and provides a clear, practical introduction to who we are, how we work, and where you fit within the team. Across a series of short, self-paced modules, you’ll learn about our history, mission, values and goals, understand where to access key policies and why they matter, and become familiar with our communication systems including email and Teams. You’ll also meet the broader team, learn who to go to for support, and get an early sense of your own role and responsibilities. By the end of the program, you’ll have the knowledge and confidence to navigate our systems, collaborate effectively, and contribute meaningfully from day one.
